About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager, Retail Techno-Functional, to oversee and manage all IT needs for our retail operations. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of SAP Retail processes and Teamwork software and demonstrate exceptional leadership and project management skills. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless integration of technology within our retail environment, optimizing operations, and enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
Lead and manage the retail IT team, providing direction, mentoring, and performance management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, to align IT initiatives with business goals.
Develop and implement IT strategies and solutions to support retail objectives.
Technical Expertise:
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP Retail processes within the retail environment.
Manage and optimize the use of Teamwork software to improve operational efficiency and team collaboration.
Ensure seamless integration of various IT systems and platforms to support retail functions.
Project Management:
Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects and operations.
Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones.
Operational Support:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for retail IT systems, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain system integrity and security.
Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders, providing regular updates on IT initiatives and performance.
Gather and prioritize business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Foster strong relationships with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A master s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management within a retail environment, with a focus on SAP Retail and Teamwork software.
Proven experience in leading and managing IT teams and projects.
Strong understanding of retail operations and processes.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in SAP and/or relevant IT management certifications.
Experience with other retail management software and technologies.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the retail industry
