Job Title: O365 Systems Administrator (Contract-to-Hire)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled O365 Systems Administrator for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is remote, but candidates must reside in Ohio. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Office 365 administration, Azure AD, Intune, and PowerShell scripting, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $53.00/hr.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Office 365 administration, Azure AD, Intune, and PowerShell scripting, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
Top Required Skills:
- Office 365 Administration - Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with email-related issues (a high volume of support tickets are email-related).
- Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Intune - Configuration, deployment, and support.
- PowerShell Scripting - Ability to write and maintain scripts for automation and system management.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Oracle, Thin Clients, Microsoft SQL Server
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools, Microsoft Purview, and VMware
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and build complex computer systems.
- Administer and troubleshoot the full O365 suite, with a focus on email.
- Monitor and maintain system performance and security across networks and servers.
- Provide on-call support for common issues (e.g., disk space, account access, email).
- Lead or support technical projects across multiple teams.
- Research and implement new technologies to enhance infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise-wide security standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory (3+ years in design/implementation).
- 3+ years of experience with Windows Server and Linux in a multi-site environment.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft System Center tools.
- 7+ years of experience with server virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Proficiency in PowerShell, C#, or HTML scripting.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical projects.
Preferred:
- Experience with Citrix, XenApp, Netscaler, SNMP, Oracle, SQL Server.
- Certifications such as MCSE or MCSA.
