Position: Project Manager

Employment Type: W2 Contract (No C2C)

Are you an organized, proactive leader who thrives on delivering successful projects in fast-paced environments? We re seeking a skilled Project Manager to drive key initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery of strategic business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of projects across multiple departments and stakeholders.

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, risk registers, and communication strategies.

  • Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear accountability, collaboration, and timely progress across business, technical, and vendor teams.

  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report on project financials to stakeholders.

  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues promptly, and adapt plans as needed to keep projects on track.

  • Facilitate regular Agile/Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure the team adheres to Agile best practices.

  • Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and updates to stakeholders, executives, and project sponsors.

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging feedback and data to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT, data, or software development environments.

  • Proven ability to lead projects using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret project metrics and KPIs for informed decision-making.

  • Experience managing projects involving cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS), data platforms, or enterprise IT systems is a plus.

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification is preferred.
