Job Details

OP is looking for an experienced Program Manager for a global social media company to bridge the gap between the marketing channel portfolio (in-app and off) and the marketing and product teams. Their Marketing team drives preference and everyday usage for the products through full-channel marketing to drive cultural relevance and accelerate business results. This Program Manager will be a key operational partner and the main liaison between Channel Foundations, Marketing, and Product teams, leading the GTM and editorial calendars, and integrated campaign rollouts.
The ideal candidate has to demonstrate the ability to lead an effective cross-functional process for managing marketing calendars and campaigns, and the right mix of brand and product knowledge to lead execution end-to-end. Excellent communication skills and comfort with ambiguity are a must. This person must be able to unify teams around a strategic north star in a highly cross-functional and dynamic environment built to move fast.
Responsibilities:
  • Builds and maintains the Marketing's editorial and GTM calendars across Product Marketing, Brand, Social, Comms, Creator Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Oversees the end-to-end execution of 360 campaigns to ensure stakeholders are on track with commitments, and helps identify areas for improvement that scale the team and reduce campaign time-to-launch.
  • Owns and optimizes the Channel Foundation team's processes, workflows, and guidelines for leveraging owned channels and shared/paid channels with marketing stakeholders, as well as creative development in partnership with brand operations, legal, and policy stakeholders.
  • Manages the day-to-day relationships with various internal and external stakeholders, proactively driving alignment on priorities, key dates, and action items, and ensuring projects remain on time and on strategy.
  • Leads execution and documentation of all elements of each campaign from start to finish, including work-back plans, technical requirements, reporting, and internal communications with all stakeholders.
  • Plans and hosts creative workshops with internal cross-functional and agency partners to define creative approach for Drive Windows and/or bespoke campaigns as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience as a program manager or related discipline in consumer technology.
  • Detail-oriented and experienced at pushing forward multiple projects with detailed requirements at once.
  • Experience leading project plans across multiple functions marketing, brand, design, product, and engineering.
  • Experience building, identifying, and/or maintaining measurement systems with data scientists.
  • Impact-oriented and experienced with data, A/B testing, as well as reporting on results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate business results and recommendations clearly and effectively to all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, with experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
