Experience working in a help desk environment 3
Experienced with providing support for M365 Applications 3
Experience providing remote assistance using various platforms 3
Experience in desktop\laptop troubleshooting, and software installation 3
Hardware Implementation and Deployment 3
Basic Active Directory Management 3
Preference given to candidates with the below skills/experience. Must also meet minimum requirements.
Microsoft O365 experience
BMC Footprints Help Desk Experience
MAC OS Experience
