POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are partnering with a LA based hyper-growth Fitness & Wellness startup who is seeking to hire their first Principal Full-Stack Software Engineer (Mobile) who spearheads the development and delivery of a world-class and cutting edge mobile product.

Responsibilities:

• Build the industry's best fitness and health technology app end-to-end.

• Choose and utilize the sharpest software tools and methodologies.


• Talk to customers to identify hard problems and build solutions.


• Have a ton of fun building products customers genuinely love.


• Continuously improve our engineering velocity and output.


• Maintain a high personal bar of focus and execution.

Required Technical Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience developing and delivering web & mobile (iOS & Android) applications.


• Strong-to-advance experience and skills with Dart, C, & C++ for web and mobile application development.


• Working knowledge or familiarity with open-source UI software development frameworks, specifically Flutter.


• Exposure or familiar with Flutter Flow.


• Track record of shipping high-quality products, apps, and features


• Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions.


• Track record and ability to be customer-focused product and application developer.


• Genuine excitement, work ethic, and mindset to build a game-changing company.


• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft.

Bonus Technical Skills & Experience:

• Experience working in a Full-Stack Software Engineer role delivering cutting edge mobile applications at a hyper-growth startup.


• Experience developing and delivering Fitness or Health Nutrition applications.


• Previous hacker/builder project portfolio


• ULTRA bonus points if have prior experience founding an application company or are the first Principal Software Engineer at a start-up company.
