Job Details
We're looking for an experienced and highly skilled Lead Generator specializing in Paid Ads on a contract basis to lead and execute our paid advertising efforts across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. This is a remote position, open to candidates with a strong track record in B2B lead generation who can hit the ground running-no training wheels needed. This position has the potential to convert to a full-time employee.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Paid Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Proven success in B2B lead generation and experience with AI
- Ability to manage campaigns independently from strategy to execution
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar CRMs
- Excellent communication skills and a data-driven mindset
Daily Responsibilities
- Developing and executing end-to-end paid media strategies across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Managing budgets, A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
- Creating and optimizing campaigns focused on B2B lead generation
- Analyzing performance data and making strategic recommendations
- Staying ahead of platform updates, best practices, and competitive trends
