Halifax, Canada ( Onsite - Hybrid Work)

Job Description :

Work with business partners within one or more business unit to align technology solutions with business strategies.

Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of a business area in the context of the business client unit to identify and communicate how IT solutions can strategically assist and support.

Supports one or more highly complex business processes, requiring design or integration of technical solutions that may cross multiple functions of the business.

Serve as a project team member or team lead.

Responsible for coordinating the collection, analysis and documentation of future business requirements.

Align IT resources and processes to meet the client organization needs, as well as the design of enterprise solutions.

5 plus years of experience in ServiceNow (Must)

Minimum 4 plus years overall IT experience (Must)

Hands on experience with Flow Designer and Scoped Application Must has experience on ITOM and ITSM Development. Preferred experience on ITSM ITOM (CMDB)

ServiceNow Administration and Implementation certification (Preferred)

Mandatory Skills

ServiceNow Certified(CSA or CIS)

Automated testing

ServiceNow test management

ServiceNow custom applications and testing

Agile, SaFe, DevOps/ITIL, Automation Testing,

Secondary Skills

Experience with Business Continuity Management

Experience with Major Security Incident Management (MSIM), ServiceNow Certified(CSA or CIS)
