Responsibilities:
- Proactively scout and secure new business opportunities within the field services sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target industrial facilities, including refineries and plants.
- Collaborate with technical and leadership teams to tailor service offerings that meet client-specific needs.
- Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Manage and expand strategic accounts to foster long-term business relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adapt and inform business development tactics.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance business visibility and engagement.
- Regularly report on sales progress and pipeline activity to ensure transparency and accountability in business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the field services, industrial services, or construction sectors.
- Proven capability in new market penetration and client acquisition.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and sustaining high-level relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a drive for achieving business goals.
- Ability to operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of refinery and plant operations is highly advantageous.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing a variety of audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be capable of traveling to client sites and industry events as required.
