Job Details

As an Associate Technology Support Analyst, you will support a wide range of technologies in a distributed environment. You will identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, take ownership of all IT building-related incidents, and follow standard ITSM policies and procedures.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor system activity to ensure the availability and performance of IT business services; provide systems maintenance, support, and enhancements
  • Install and upgrade software and hardware
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance
  • Develop and run automation scripts and reporting tools
  • Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Balanced Teams (BT), or Corporate Project teams on system and process design and implementation
  • Understand system integration, learn new concepts quickly, and train others
  • Apply solutions and recommendations to hardware and software based on system process knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of new principles, concepts, policies, procedures, and standards
  • Ensure comprehensive support tools are developed during the application development process
  • Automate system monitoring, recovery, and optimization processes
  • Provide technical support across all systems and processes; support incident response and identify root causes (user, procedural, environmental, local, global, or systemic)
  • Understand golden signals and observability; participate in incident reviews and blameless retrospectives
  • Reduce repetitive tasks through automation and improve self-service capabilities; simplify the ecosystem to reduce risk
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
