Job Title: Palo Alto Firewall Engineer/Administrator
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options
Position Type: Multiyear Contract
This role requires someone with al least 10 years of professional experience and a minimum of 5 years of managing Palo Alto firewalls. In addition, candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of experience working in the US (not just with US companies, but actually working in the US).
Job Requirements:
Experienced in managing Palo Alto firewalls (5+ years)
Knowledgeable in conversation of layer 4 rules to layer 7 using UserID and AppID
Understanding of creating custom AppID's
Managed Palo Alto infrastructure (upgrades, patches, configurations)
Preferred - Experienced in managing Checkpoint firewalls in an IaaS environment
Preferred - Deployed Palo Alto firewalls in an IaaS environment
Preferred - Ability to leverage python scripts to automate tasks
