Job Description

Our Client is seeking a highly technical and business-savvy Manager of Application Development to lead their Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Center of Excellence (COE).

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Oracle Fusion HCM modules, ensuring system health and compliance.

- Collaborate with business leads to identify non-compliance issues and configure Oracle Fusion to solve business challenges.

- Stay updated on future functionalities and set strategic technology directions for Oracle Fusion HCM.

- Maintain process documentation and lead project teams in implementing new processes and functionalities.

- Manage Oracle support requests and maintain key relationships with Oracle.

- Create an engaging team environment, focusing on training, development, and mentoring of team members.

- Perform quarterly and annual performance reviews, set task priorities, and adhere to project deadlines.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing processes and programs, ensuring proper testing and validation before production migration.

- Direct day-to-day work and priorities of the team, ensuring accountability and results from external partners.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in technical application development.

- 7+ years of experience with SQL.

- Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Global Workforce, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Talent Management, Learning, Service Desk, etc.).

- Proven leadership experience in guiding and directing IT professionals.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Preferred:

- Experience with Informatica.

- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation and/or Finance modules.

- Vendor management experience, preferably with Oracle Fusion.

- Experience with other 3rd party software vendors such as UKG Solutions.
