We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Project Manager (Scrum Master) within the Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Classified (GRCC) Integrated Risk Management Program Management Office (PMO) organization! This pivotal role is essential to bridge the anticipated resourcing gap as we transition from the EY GRCC engagement.
As a Scrum Master, you will lead agile teams, fostering collaboration and driving project success in a dynamic environment. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our risk management initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively, helping us navigate challenges and achieve our strategic goals.

Position Responsibilities:
This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Position Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team's progress
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
- Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time
- Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience with Information Technology Project Management
- 3+ years of experience in Agile Scrum principles and practices
- 3+ years of experience leading and working in a cross functional and complex global environment, building relationships among a team through open dialogue, trust, accountability and empowerment and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with data analytics
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe
- 3+ years of experience in project management or business analysis as a Scrum Master
- Experience with performance metrics (KRI/KPI) data analytics and use and/or creation of visualization dashboard tools
- Experience Agile project management tools (i.e., ServiceNow, ADO, Jira, etc.)
