Remote | Solutions Architect | Full-time
We are actively recruiting a Solutions Architect for our client in Knoxville, TN. This is a remote direct placement opportunity. The Oracle ERP Cloud Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the overall architecture of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across all modules and integrations. This role provides strategic guidance and technical leadership for Oracle ERP Cloud deployments, including platform configurations, integrations, and extensions. The ERP Technology team delivers secure, scalable, and innovative ERP solutions that streamline business processes and support organizational efficiency, collaborating closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and Technology groups to ensure seamless integration and data quality across the enterprise. The focus is on reliability, continuous improvement, and enabling growth through modern technology practices.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the overall Oracle ERP Cloud architecture, including core modules, integrations, platform configurations, and security design.
Design integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and reusable technical components that support scalable enterprise-wide connectivity.
Lead architectural planning, solution design sessions, and technical discussions, ensuring alignment between business requirements, system capabilities, and longterm technology strategy.
Partner with functional leaders, developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive, secure, and highperformance ERP solutions across the organization.
Oversee configuration of Oracle ERP Cloud environments, including workflows, approval hierarchies, reporting structures, and rolebased access models.
Establish and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and governance for data migration, interface development, component reuse, and performance optimization.
Analyze application and integration requirements to ensure solutions are effectively designed, supportable, secure, and compatible with existing systems and enterprise standards.
Guide development teams through feature design, technical reviews, and best practices to ensure scalable and maintainable implementations.
Support product evaluations, proofsofconcept, and technology assessments to drive innovation and informed decisionmaking.
Monitor industry trends, ERP Cloud updates, and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements and inform futurestate architecture roadmaps.
Lead complex technical initiatives that require deep architectural expertise and crossfunctional coordination.
Continuously evaluate the current environment, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and develop transition strategies to reach desired future architecture states.
Ensure all solutions meet enterprise expectations for scalability, quality, performance, maintainability, and security compliance.
Provide mentoring, thought leadership, and architectural coaching to engineering teams and future architects to elevate organizational technical maturity.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Oracle ERP Cloud architecture
Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions
Strong understanding of platform configuration, including security, workflows, and reporting
Hands-on experience with data migration, interface development, and performance tuning
Ability to lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance
Familiarity with Oracle PaaS tools for ERP Cloud extensions
