Job Details

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst who will act as the bridge between business teams and IT, ensuring solutions align with organizational needs and system capabilities. This role is responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting processes, and supporting system design, testing, and implementation to improve efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business and IT teams to capture requirements, define functional specifications, and support solution design.
  • Analyze system issues, recommend enhancements, and assist in developing business cases for new technologies.
  • Document current and future state processes, requirements, risks, and decisions.
  • Work within Agile frameworks: contribute to sprint planning, create user stories, and support testing.
  • Support development and QA teams in design, testing, and validation of new features or reporting needs.
  • Lead or support small projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and risks/issues are communicated.
  • Prepare clear project documentation, including requirements, status reports, and logs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks, constraints, and improvement opportunities.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (required).
  • 3+ years of experience in systems analysis, requirements gathering, and business process mapping.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project lifecycles.
  • Strong skills in documentation, analysis, and process design (Visio, Lucid, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deliver in fast-paced environments.


Preferred
  • PMI-PBA, CBAP, CAPM, or Agile certification (CSM/AAC).
  • Experience in construction or related industries.
