The position focuses on testing, validation, and performance improvement of autonomous large machines. The person will perform on-machine testing, analyze data, and work closely with software teams and operators to ensure the autonomous systems function correctly and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct hands-on testing on large autonomous machines in field or lab conditions.

Plan and execute test and validation activities for autonomy systems.

Analyze data from tests to identify issues or areas for improvement.

Collaborate with software developers to communicate test results and technical feedback.

Work with expert operators and occasionally interact with customers to understand system behavior and gather feedback.

Support integration between hardware, software, and user experience.
Team Setup:
You'll be part of a 31-member team, frequently interacting with onsite expert operators and Peoria-based software developers through online meetings.
