Accessibility Advisor

We are seeking an Accessibility Advisor to review web and mobile designs for adherence to internal and external accessibility requirements, to identify defects and provide remediation guidance.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

100% remote - WFH

Responsibilities:

Use Figma to test and validate web and mobile designs against WCAG 2.1 and inclusive design principles.
Provide basic accessibility guidance to team members.
Manage design review queue using Jira.

Required:

3 + years experience testing and validating web and mobile designs around all WCAG.

Experience using various assistive technologies: screen readers or magnifiers.

Experience with Jira, Rally, and Figma

IAAP or CPACC is highly preferred.
