Job Title: SSIS Lead Developer

Duration: Contract / Full-Time Employment

Location: Alpharetta, GA

SSIS Lead Developer:

• At least 12+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL databases, SSIS and C#.NET development, Data Migration/ Data Conversion projects.
• Facilitate Requirement Gathering sessions for extracting, transforming, and loading data from Source systems to Target systems
• Develops, communicates, and maintains project milestones based on implementation iterations
• Tracks and resolves open items and manages client deliverables regarding conversion
• Experience working on Data Conversion Plan, solution, Conversion Project schedule and data conversion processes.
• Participate in active discussions with Client and Functional team to understand business requirements and share with team members.
• Provide Status Reports to all the Stakeholders.
• Experience on Data profiling , Reconciliation and balancing to validate source and target data based on business Scenarios.
• Experience on End-End ETL Automation Process.
• Strong SQL coding experience with performance optimization experience for data queries.
• SSIS Developer with a strong understanding of ETL strategy and best practices as well as the ability to develop SSIS packages and automate them.
• Experience working with Microsoft SSIS to create and deploy packages and deploy for ETL processes.
• Experience with cloud services (Microsoft Azure).
• Experience around writing and troubleshooting T-SQL statements, creating stored procedures, views, and SQL functions
• Experience on C#.NET coding.
• Need to understand and be able to interpret data.
• Strong critical / analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and should be able to perform under tight timelines.
