Description
We are looking for an experienced System Implementation Manager to lead the deployment and release of a multi-tenant software application across various organizational locations. This role entails coordinating tailored implementation strategies for each site, ensuring a seamless transition for end users. This is a long-term contract position based in Independence, Ohio, offering an exciting opportunity to work on a dynamic and impactful project.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the software release process across multiple organizational locations, ensuring tailored approaches for each site.
Coordinate and execute change management strategies to support end-user adoption of the new system.
Analyze, document, and clean data to ensure accuracy and readiness for system migration.
Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) processes to validate system functionality and user requirements.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support implementation and ongoing system operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align project goals with organizational needs.
Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful and timely implementation.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users during the transition period.
Identify and address potential risks or challenges related to the deployment process.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and organizational leadership to ensure alignment.
Requirements
Proven experience managing software release processes, particularly for multi-tenant applications.
Expertise in change management strategies to support end-user transitions.
Strong skills in data analysis, cleansing, and documentation.
Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) methodologies and practices.
Ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
Demonstrated success in gathering requirements and translating them into actionable project plans.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
Solid understanding of project management principles and tools.
