Job Details

Seeking a qualified Senior Project Manager to assist with the management, communication and coordination of all Public Safety projects and Public Safety day to day management of Client's Office of Information Technology work and all related Client project work. This Senior PM will have experience working with the Public Safety and will have a PMI PMP certification. Defines the logical, technical, and physical architecture for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution
Develops a ready Customer Relationship Management solution in Microsoft Dynamics.
Directs the day-to-day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution, including customizations and configurations.
Develops and implements, and trains others to develop in Microsoft Dynamics.
Helps gather and document requirements from non-technical business users.
Uses technical expertise to translate business requirements into effective system requirements and functional design documents.
Collaborates with business analysts, project managers, and other technical staff to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Assist with any data migration tasks, to and from the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution.
Prototypes and demos recommended solutions for users.
Integrates Microsoft Dynamics CRM with third-party applications, databases and external systems, where necessary.
Provide ongoing technical support and training for end-users.
Perform regular quality assurance and testing to ensure the solution meets the needs of the end-user.
Assist with the project planning, scheduling and deployment of the new CRM features.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum seven (7) years successful Project Management experience managing large, high profile and sensitive projects
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Project Management Professional Certification from PMI
Previous experience managing business process implementations, software and/or hardware implementation and upgrade projects using Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies
Experience creating and managing project documentation as defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI)
Experience in creating and managing project deliverables and documents (SDLC and PMI)
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Project, Excel, WORD)
Experience with Executive level presentations and communication
Exceptional organization and coordination skills
Ability to work five days per week from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 P.M.
Exceptional oral and written communications skills
Ability to successfully complete a comprehensive background check

Must currently possess a Project, Program, Portfolio, or Agile management certificate from the Project Management Institute.
Preferred Qualifications/Skill Sets

Experience managing projects using Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint
Previous experience working in a government entity (Federal, State or Local)
Experience with development, management, communication and support of public safety systems
