Responsibilities:
- Execute software front-ends (GUI or command line) in field warehouse environments to support operations (Source: "US Demand for Skilled Talent Q1 2025.pdf").
- Troubleshoot and resolve software execution issues in real-time, ensuring efficiency and technical accuracy.
- Collaborate with the broader software engineering team to diagnose issues and recommend improvements.
- Oversee the quality of execution and deployment in real-time.
- Deploy sensor arrays into industrial warehouse settings for high-tech operational enhancement.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a technology-centric role requiring software or hardware deployment (Source: Robert Half Placement Data 2025).
- Willingness to travel to field locations and work on-site in industrial environments.
- Ability to unpack, assemble, disassemble, and transport technical equipment confidently and safely.
- Proficiency with Linux, Bash, or Zsh environments.
- Strong documentation skills to record deployment procedures, troubleshooting logs, and system changes.
Requirements
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience with ecosystems such asManus,StretchSense,Rokoko,AR/VR headsets, orZed cameras.
- Basic Python scripting skills for automation or troubleshooting support.
- Familiarity with AWS CLI and foundational cloud services (Source: "Overcome Hiring Challenges in a Hot Market").
- Knowledge of hardware communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART).
- Hands-on experience deploying sensor arrays or IoT devices in field environments.
- Exposure to industrial automation processes and warehouse systems.
- Proficiency using real-time monitoring tools and/or remote system administration platforms.
- Strong skills in technical documentation, including creating deployment guides and maintenance records.
