**Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or a similar role, ideally within insurance or financial services sectors.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite for advanced reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with business systems like PeopleSoft or insurance-focused platforms is advantageous.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and collaboration tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Preferable: Knowledge in property and casualty insurance processes, experience with Visio or Lucidchart, and SQL proficiency.
