Job Overview:

OP Consulting Group LLC is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Project Manager to support a premier client. This full-time remote opportunity is ideal for a professional who thrives in solving complex challenges through data-driven solutions and enjoys collaborating with clients.

As a Project Manager, you'll lead the implementation of business intelligence (BI) solutions, translating client needs into actionable reporting strategies and operational dashboards. You will manage teams, engage stakeholders, and guide the delivery of advanced BI products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all client communications, including weekly status updates.
• Oversee project lifecycles for business intelligence implementations.
• Develop project schedules, manage risks, and track issues.
• Analyze claims and revenue cycle performance data.
• Extract, clean, and analyze data using BI tools, Excel, and SQL.
• Design dashboards and develop custom reports.
• Perform quality assurance for all deliverables.
• Recommend operational improvements based on insights.
• Participate in client meetings, internal planning sessions, and strategy development.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in consulting or project management (preferably in analytics or BI).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Understanding of database and data visualization concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas).
• Familiarity with healthcare RCM and claims workflows.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet.
• U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (currently suspended).

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience delivering large-scale consulting projects.
• Familiarity with managed care reimbursement structures.
• Ability to analyze financial models and recommend strategy.
• Experience with process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Exposure to data science tools (e.g., Spark, Python, R, ML concepts).
