IT Project Manager- Credit Cards

Technology Lead is responsible for the end-to-end technology solution and sets the direction at an operational level for the technology development through production and to BAU. Builds and maintains strong business relationship with partners and provides direction and guidance on the optimization technology solutions/services to meet business needs. Works in partnership with the Delivery Lead. Aids in the removal of impediments and supports the technology team commitments to deliver the program/project goals.

- Responsible for the development, component/unit testing, implementation of solution.

- Accountable for assessing readiness of the technical solution for implementation.

- Responsible for the overall development and integration of solution with downstream and/or dependent systems across all technology development teams.

- Works with the Delivery Lead to develop and/or review estimates for the technology solution (across all technology development teams) and estimating assumptions for the project's schedule, effort, and cost using established estimating models, best practices, and past experience.

- Collaborates with the Solution Architect to provide direction on technology roadmap.

- Responsible for identification and mitigation of Digital Crown Jewels and currency requirements impacting technology solution.

- Ensures defect free programming by testing and debugging using available/appropriate tools and participate in reviewing peer coding.

- Works with the Solution Outcome Test Manager to manage defects, prioritize with stakeholders and resolve with delivery team, acting as a catalyst for continuous improvement.

- Engages with other technical stakeholders (technology operations, enterprise architecture, TRMIS, technology release and change management, infrastructure etc.) as necessary to manage technical requirements and standards.

- Coordinates, manages and/or drives the release schedule.

- Assists in the planning and managing of team capacity.

- May manage day to day vendor relationships for timely communications and resolution of issues.

Coaches the technology team to deliver the solution

MUST HAVE:

1. Banking experience with (credit) Cards exp

2. IT PM experience - 8 years

3. Managing multiple stakeholders - 5 years

4. Strong communication skills

5. Infrastructure and networking experience - 3 years

NICE TO HAVE

1. Former client/banking experience

2. Cloud Azure experience/AWS - amazon web services

3. Experience with Agile methodology

4. Commercial payments experience

5. Project Management certification (PMP) is an asset
