We re Hiring! Principal Propel ITD Business Process Analyst

The Principal Propel ITD Business Process Analyst will lead key supply chain initiatives within the Inventory to Delivery (ITD) domain, driving cross-functional collaboration to align with Propel s goals of process standardization, data quality improvement, and technology enablement.
The recognized SAP Materials Planning SME will represent materials team stakeholders in the S/4HANA modernization, supporting all project phases for materials and planning processes including design workshops, socialization, confirmation, and L3/L4 business requirements.
Responsibilities include facilitating cross-functional workshops to design integrated business planning processes;
supporting and coaching peers through change management;
designing, configuring, testing, and training end users (material planners);
deploying Advanced Planning tools and S/4HANA;
validating requirements against regulations and procedures;
identifying gaps and cross-functional design needs;
solving unique and complex problems with innovative solutions; and partnering with senior management on strategic planning and decisions for organizational and cross-functional process improvements.
The role may manage major cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's in business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience); 8 years of related experience; experience implementing or working with SAP materials planning and Advanced Planning applications.

proven success in cross-functional projects; strong change management mindset; excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; MBA or equivalent; LSS Green Belt; depth in qualitative and quantitative analytical methods; SME in root cause analysis and process improvement; creative and strategic problem-solving; strong analytical and writing skills for business cases; influence/negotiation/persuasion skills; advanced project management knowledge; excellent organizational and multitasking skills; deep knowledge of business/industry drivers with utility industry experience a plus; APICS CPIM certification.
