Minimum Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology and Customer Service.
Proof of eligibility to work in New York State.
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Systems, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
Actively monitor and respond to tickets in the JIRA ticketing system.
Install, configure, and set up new hardware, software, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Document technical problems, solutions, and user guides for future reference.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities
Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networks.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Customer Service: Patience, empathy, and a strong focus on end-user satisfaction.
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage requests, and keep accurate records.
Adaptability: Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, in-person position.
Parking is not provided, but the office is easily accessible by mass transit.
