Pay Range:$16.17-$23.10/Hrs
Description:
* Responsible for managing daily operations of technology platforms.
* Engage in Problem/Incident Management, Release/Deployment, and Application Monitoring.
* Identify potential production failures and create incident tickets.
* Communicate effectively with internal operations teams.
* Perform troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution using advanced skills.
* Support new and existing equipment and software under moderate supervision.
* Work on moderately complex problems requiring analysis of identifiable factors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and resolve escalations and incidents.
* Perform technical analysis and troubleshooting.
* Support operational readiness and service analytics.
* Provide excellent customer service and phone support.
* Navigate multiple applications and software suites effectively.
* Maintain network stability and perform technical recovery tasks.
Qualifications
* Experience in technical support or helpdesk environments.
* Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to troubleshoot network stability issues.
* Proficiency in using telecom and general software applications.
