Key Responsibilities

• Development & Implementation:
  • Design, code, and deploy customized Salesforce applications and solutions to address specific business requirements.
  • Develop using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components to extend the platform's functionality.
• Requirements Gathering & Design:
  • Meet with project managers and stakeholders to gather and document CRM needs and requirements.
  • Create effective development goals and timelines for projects.
• Integration & Data Management:
  • Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and applications using web services and APIs.
  • Contribute to data quality and implement best practices for data integrity.
• Testing & Maintenance:
  • Test the functionality and stability of new applications.
  • Troubleshoot and fix bugs to ensure optimal application performance.
• Documentation & Support:
  • Create technical documentation, including user guides and release notes.
  • Provide technical training and hands on support to staff.
• Collaboration & Best Practices:
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including project managers and administrators.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding best practices.
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce features and recommend enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Component framework.
  • Experience with APIs, web services, and integrating with external systems.
  • Familiarity with testing and debugging techniques.
• Platform Knowledge:
  • In depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its various capabilities.
  • Understanding of or methodologies.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
