About the Role:
We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical expertise and experience in financial services or large enterprise environments. You will play a critical role in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, applying AI/ML techniques, and empowering business leaders to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze business operations, services, and product performance.
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Present findings in a clear and compelling way to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
- Contribute to data-driven strategy and planning initiatives across the organization.
- Apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques to solve business problems and improve predictive accuracy.
What We re Looking For:
- 5 8 years of proven experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar analytical role.
- Prior Financial Services or Large Enterprise experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML models, algorithms, and frameworks.
- Strong skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R).
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $65 $70 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
