Job Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow Form Developer to design, configure, and optimize forms and user interfaces within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will focus on improving user experience, ensuring data integrity, and aligning form design with business processes. This role requires hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Studio, Form Designer, and a strong understanding of the platform s scripting and configuration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom forms using ServiceNow Studio and Form Designer.

  • Implement client scripts, UI policies, and business rules to enhance form functionality and user experience.

  • Configure form layouts, views, and related lists to improve usability and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective form designs.

  • Ensure forms are accessible, responsive, and compliant with ServiceNow best practices.

  • Perform testing, debugging, and documentation for all form configurations.

  • Support platform upgrades and troubleshoot form-related issues.

  • Leverage Now Assist and ServiceNow GenAI capabilities to enhance automation and form intelligence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Form Development and UI customization.

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Studio, Form Designer, client scripts, UI policies, and business rules.

  • Experience with Now Assist and ServiceNow GenAI capabilities.

  • Understanding of data structures, tables, and relationships within ServiceNow.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
