Position Title: Product Manager - Digital Platforms

Position Overview

This role is responsible for the end-to-end development and management of software products, web applications, mobile apps, online platforms, and connected devices. The Product Manager oversees the entire product lifecycle-from planning and definition to release and retirement-ensuring alignment with business goals and digital strategy. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable, viable, usable, and feasible products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Vision
      • Conduct market research to define product vision and strategy.
      • Align product initiatives with the broader digital ecosystem and organizational goals.
  • Roadmap & Planning
      • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to define MVPs and MLPs.
      • Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap with clear priorities and timelines.
      • Drive and coordinate programs related to assigned products.
  • Feature Development
      • Approve user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
      • Maintain comprehensive documentation, training materials, and tutorials.
  • Performance & Metrics
      • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Business Impact
      • Make strategic decisions on pricing, target audience, and revenue models.
      • Own product P&L responsibilities.
  • Industry & Customer Insights
      • Lead product direction using industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer research.
  • Release Management
      • Collaborate with tech leads, developers, security, and QA teams to manage UAT and security evaluations.
      • Determine readiness for feature and product releases.
