Who We're Looking For: Procurement Energy Sales
Proven Energy Advisors from competitive firms with an existing book of business and a passion for delivering exceptional value to clients.
You'll Be Responsible For:
- Leveraging your network to grow and manage a personal portfolio
- Acting as a strategic advisor to energy decision-makers in deregulated markets
- Managing the full sales cycle: prospect > consult > close > manage
- Collaborating with elite operations and market intelligence teams
What You Bring:
- 3+ years in energy procurement sales
- A quantifiable book of business (1M+ kWh or 20k decs+ annually)
- Track record of closing deals and nurturing long-term relationships
- Strong network of energy buyers and decision-makers
- Preferred: Experience mentoring or leading salespeople
- A self-driven mindset and hunger to scale income through performance
