Job Title: RM - SAP HCM Payroll & Success Factors Lead Consultant
Location: Omaha, NE (100% Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:
Key "Must-Have " Skills:
  • SAP HCM Payroll (7+ years of experience)
  • SAP SuccessFactors (7+ years of experience)
  • SAP HCM modules, specifically Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Payroll (PY) with a focus on US Payroll (7+ years of experience)

"Nice-to-Have " Skills:
  • Experience in defining field mappings for Organization data
  • Experience in replicating Positions, Cost centers, and custom fields to S/4 HANA
  • Experience maintaining constant values and creating web services using SOA & Endpoint URLs (CPI)
  • Support experience in OM/PA and OM-PA Integrations
  • Experience in SF SuccessFactors- EC Lite, Talent management (Recruiting, Candidate Management), Onboarding, Compensation, Learning Management, Payroll, Timekeeping, Goals & Performance
  • Experience with SAP S/4- Time management, Benefit, Payroll, OM/PA, ESS

Detailed Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors Lead Consultant to join our team in Omaha, NE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience (7+ years) in SAP HCM modules, with a strong emphasis on US Payroll. You will be a subject matter expert in SuccessFactors and have hands-on experience in integrating SAP HR with other downstream systems. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, comfortable working in a dynamic environment, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Team / Reporting Structure Context:
  • The role is for an Application Lead within the Software Engineering team at Client. This person will report to the account manager and will be a key contributor to the team, focusing on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions.
