Job Title: Lead Salesforce Automation Engineer with Public Sector Solutions Exp
Work Location: Albany, NY
Duration: 12 Months
Experience: 15+
Qualifications
  • More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as an Automation Engineer
  • More than seven (7) years of Salesforce development experience using various Salesforce products (e.g. Service Cloud, Data Cloud , CRM/Case Management etc.).
  • More than 3 years of experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flows, OmniStudio, Validation Rules) and Apex/LWC where needed to automate business process and case management processes.
  • 6 months of experience in integrating Salesforce with other business applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and middleware (MuleSoft and other API & integration platforms).
  • 1 year of experience in Salesforce data model and security model
  • 6 months of experience in configuring Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
  • 6 months of experience in configuring case management for public sector.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certificate
Responsibilities
  • An automation engineer for Salesforce is responsible for implementing Salesforce solutions that enable program capabilities such as case management, eligibility, and citizen engagement.
  • Working under the guidance of the Solution Architect, a Salesforce developer turns architecture blueprints into functional, high performing, and secure applications that meet agency s needs.
