ServiceNow Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Business Process Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process transformation leveraging the ServiceNow platform.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define to-be processes in alignment with best practices.
- Design and implement ServiceNow workflows related to procurement, vendor onboarding, purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
- Translate business requirements into ServiceNow configurations or customizations.
- Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and developers to ensure successful delivery of P2P capabilities.
- Define and monitor KPIs and metrics to assess P2P process performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support testing, training, change management, and deployment activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and procurement policies.
- Act as a subject matter expert in P2P and ServiceNow processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in Procurement or Finance process consulting.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow, preferably in Procurement, Source-to-Pay, or Vendor Management modules.
- Strong understanding of P2P processes including requisition, purchase order, invoice, and payment flows.
- Proven ability to lead process design workshops and drive business process improvements.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ITIL or ServiceNow certifications are a plus
