Job Details

Title: Project Manager
Location: Remote

Experience Required: 5 10 years

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple medium-sized projects, overseeing the planning and delivery of product and technology initiatives.

  • Collaborate with executive sponsors (Director-level or higher) and key stakeholders to ensure projects meet defined goals and objectives.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project implementation across departments.

  • Oversee daily operations of assigned projects, including staffing and budget management, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks; maintain and reprioritize the risk register regularly.

  • Develop and execute communication strategies to provide timely, clear, and accurate project updates.

  • Summarize complex data and concepts into concise formats suitable for all organizational levels.

  • Foster a customer-first mindset, building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring project decisions are aligned with customer impact.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, MIS, or related field - or 6 years of progressive relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

  • 4 10+ years of proven Project Management experience.

  • Strong background in IT with broad infrastructure exposure.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage project financials and budgets.

  • Solid experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.

  • Highly organized with excellent relationship-building capabilities across the enterprise.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially with executive audiences.

  • Experience in cloud application migration.

  • Familiarity with Risk and Security (ISRM) and cybersecurity best practices.
