Summary:
Strategic Sourcing Contracts team manages high volumes of inbound commercial contracts
across the company. This role will prepare and negotiate commercial contracts, manage the review and approval of contracts. The Contracts Manager will work in a time-sensitive environment with frequent tight deadlines and minimal supervision, prioritizing efficiency with both internal clients and external vendor attorneys/legal teams.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $55.00 - $65.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Summary:
Strategic Sourcing Contracts team manages high volumes of inbound commercial contracts

Responsibilities:
- Marketing Services: Managing contracts for marketing services, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Contract Drafting: Preparing and drafting contracts for various business units, including procurement and buy-side agreements.
- System Navigation: Navigating contract management system to ensure seamless execution of contracts.
- Standards Development: Drafting standards and guidelines for contract management and procurement
- Procurement Support: Providing support for procurement teams on buy-side agreements and contracts.
- High-Volume Contract Management: Managing high volumes of contracts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- High-Volume Procurement: With massive scale, you'll have the opportunity to work on large-scale procurement projects for software and hardware, which can be both challenging and rewarding.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in finance or a related field.
- Experience in contract management and commercial agreements.
