We are seeking an Enterprise Architect (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud) with deep Salesforce expertise and a strong background in pharmaceutical or life sciences enterprise systems. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation, ensuring that Salesforce solutions align with business, compliance, and innovation goals.
As a Salesforce Enterprise Architect, you ll design and oversee large-scale, secure, and compliant CRM ecosystems supporting Sales, Service, and HCP engagement across the organization.

Define and implement enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and adjacent platforms (Health Cloud, Veeva CRM).
Design scalable, secure, high-performance CRM solutions compliant with HIPAA, GxP, GDPR, and PHI regulations.
Develop data models, integration blueprints, and architecture standards for ERP, MDM, and patient support systems.
Lead enterprise architecture governance ensuring Salesforce aligns with pharma business and compliance strategies.
Partner with sales, service, and IT leaders to optimize business workflows, HCP engagement, and customer experience.
Evaluate and integrate AI, analytics, and Data Cloud (Einstein Analytics, Agentforce) to drive patient-centric innovation.
< data-start="1856" data-end="1893">Required Skills & Experience</>
10+ years in enterprise architecture, with 5+ years leading Salesforce solution design in life sciences/pharma.
Expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; experience with Health Cloud or Veeva CRM highly desirable.
Proven understanding of TOGAF, Zachman, and Salesforce EA methodologies.
Strong knowledge of API integrations, MuleSoft, FHIR/HL7, and data governance frameworks.
Salesforce certifications: Technical Architect (CTA), System Architect, or Application Architect required.
TOGAF certification preferred.
