Description

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Help Desk Analyst to provide Tier 1 IT support for our growing team in Denver, Colorado. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while supporting employees across multiple locations. If you have a passion for technology and enjoy troubleshooting and problem-solving, this role is ideal for you.

Responsibilities:
Deliver first-level technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and networking issues.
Assist with device setup, upgrades, and maintenance tasks, including support for Windows 11.
Collaborate with the IT Lead to manage and resolve support tickets efficiently.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and network-related concerns.
Provide input on workflows and system improvements to enhance IT operations.
Learn and adapt to company-specific systems and processes.
Ensure timely updates and resolutions to technical issues.
Support team members by handling day-to-day IT inquiries and technical challenges.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in IT support or a related field.
Familiarity with Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 11.
Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and network connectivity.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving environments.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Positive attitude and capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Experience with system upgrades or expertise in IT support is a plus.
