- Translate business needs into Pega functional designs and assist in solution mapping.
- Document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and business rules.

- Facilitate process modeling, user story development, and Pega-specific workshops.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, compliance guidelines, and project goals.
- Support Agile teams in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement clarifications.
Mandatory Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong Pega Business Architecture background (Pega BA/BAA experience preferred).
- Ability to create business architecture documents, process flows, and Pega functional specs.
- Deep experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and user story writing.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with senior business stakeholders.
- Not a Pega LSA role — no LSA certification or technical architect background required
