Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Capability Manager MS Technologies for SAP & Business Transformation to lead and drive innovation at the intersection of SAP and Microsoft technologies. This individual will be based in the Bay Area and work closely with a key client, requiring frequent visits to their office. The role focuses on leveraging Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, AI, and Data Analytics to enhance SAP-driven business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the strategy for integrating Microsoft technologies with SAP to enable digital transformation.
• Develop best practices, frameworks, and methodologies for leveraging Azure, Power Platform, AI, and Data Analytics within SAP landscapes.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI-driven insights, and cloud-based solutions to improve SAP business processes.
• Act as a thought leader in SAP and Microsoft technology convergence, staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.

Project & Solution Delivery:

• Lead business transformation projects that integrate SAP solutions with Microsoft Azure, Power Automate, and AI/ML capabilities.
• Architect and implement scalable, cloud-based SAP solutions leveraging Azure infrastructure, Power BI dashboards, and AI-driven automation.
• Ensure seamless data integration between SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps, and third-party enterprise applications.
• Provide hands-on guidance to project teams for cloud migration, security best practices, and AI-driven business optimizations.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

• Work onsite in the Bay Area, engaging directly with clients and stakeholders to understand business challenges and technology needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize their SAP landscapes with Microsoft technologies.
• Deliver high-impact presentations, solution demonstrations, and workshops to executive leadership.

Team Development & Capability Building:

• Mentor and develop a team of SAP and Microsoft technology experts.
• Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives, training sessions, and innovation labs focused on SAP & Microsoft cloud solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and cross-functional collaboration between SAP and Microsoft technology teams.

Business Development & Growth:

• Support pre-sales activities, including RFP/RFI responses, solution demos, and proposal development.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth by offering SAP and Microsoft technology-based transformation solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance visibility and thought leadership in SAP-Microsoft integration.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 15+ years of experience in SAP and Microsoft technologies with a strong focus on Azure, Power Platform, AI, and Business Intelligence.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformations and cloud migrations using Microsoft technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, Power Automate, Power Apps, AI/ML, and Power BI dashboards.
• Experience in integrating SAP with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure Data Factory, and other cloud-based enterprise applications.
• Proven leadership in delivering large-scale business transformation projects that leverage SAP and Microsoft platforms.
• Exceptional communication, client engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in the Bay Area with frequent client office visits.
• Microsoft Azure or Power Platform certifications are a plus.
