Position Description:

The Dealer Core Data (DlrCore) application forms the foundation of Ford's Dealer 360 initiative. By consolidating and simplify Ford's disparate dealer data into a Data Warehouse and Data Marts, we will support critical Enterprise operations by providing accurate and timely data. The DlrCore Product Manager will drive a global team thru the development, implementation and support of the solution with a strong DevSecOps mindset. This position requires a strong background building technical solutions leveraging Agile processes, application development, product management (including incident/problem management) and security and compliance.

Experience Required:

Exp.: 6+ years as Product/Delivery Mgr The ideal candidate will have strong sense of curiosity and analytical skills; have a drive for understanding new technology and the data/information that drives it; be a self-starter with the ability to work in quickly evolving environment with ambiguity; highly collaborative with strong verbal & written communication skills. Key skills include balancing business priorities with technical feasibility to prioritize the backlog and manage risks; ability to translate the product roadmap into manageable product features that meet objectives; and drive to ensure security & compliance are built in. Bonus skills include experience with data, data warehouses, Jira or other backlog tool.

Experience Preferred:

1. Collaborate closely with software/data engineers and business stakeholders to define, develop & maintain the product roadmap, priorities and timelines. 2. Collaborate with tech lead, developers, security and quality team to evaluate the results and determine the readiness for feature/ product release. 3. Lead agile ceremonies including daily standups, backlog grooming, iteration planning, iteration demos and retrospectives. 4. Review and approve actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria for product features. Maintain comprehensive documentation and evidence. 5. Identify key metrics and performance indicators to monitor and measure the success of the product/service.
