Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST)

  • Build and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards

  • Manage full integration lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and support

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Workday solutions

  • Perform data migration, mass data loads, and tenant-to-tenant moves

  • Ensure compliance with Workday security protocols, SOX requirements, and audit controls

  • Troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and recommend improvements

  • Stay updated on new Workday features and recommend enhancements

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of hands-on Workday development experience

  • Expert in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, XSLT, and Web Services (SOAP/REST)

  • Strong experience with Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, or Financials modules

  • Proficient in report writing, calculated fields, and custom business processes

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Experience in Agile development and DevOps tools is a plus

  • Workday Certifications (Studio, Integration, HCM) are a plus
