Job Title: Oracle Functional Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term Contract
Must have exp with Supply Chain and Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle application solutions.
- Configure Oracle applications to meet business process requirements, including modules like Oracle Financials, SCM, or HCM.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and test customizations, extensions, and reports.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of Oracle systems.
- Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and Oracle capabilities.
- Develop functional specifications for system enhancements and integrations.
- Participate in project planning, implementation, and post-go-live support activities.
- Resolve functional issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide expert guidance on Oracle best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle product releases and features.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle applications, including Oracle Financials, SCM, or HCM modules.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into Oracle solutions.
- Experience with end-to-end Oracle implementations and upgrades.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within defined timelines.
- Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle reporting tools is a plus.
- Oracle certifications such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud, or similar are preferred.
