Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of computer system operations, peripheral components, and PC-based servers.
 - Proficient in Windows Server and Workstation environments, including network administration and support.
 - Knowledge of operating system principles, microcomputer hardware, and application software.
 - Skilled in system analysis, design, and development techniques, including architecture and integration concepts.
 - Experienced with database management systems (DBMS), including MySQL and SQL, for data modeling and retrieval.
 - Competent in modern programming languages and web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and PHP.
 - Familiar with accessibility guidelines, browser/platform compatibility, and web design best practices.
 - Understanding of network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and data communications.
 - Knowledge of network security standards, system hardening, and disaster recovery methods.
 - Experience managing records management systems and supporting enterprise applications.
 - Understanding of server technologies and Internet protocols (FTP, HTTP, HTTPS, mail).
