Our Real Estate client is seeking a Lead Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer to join their dynamic team. If you are an experienced developer with expertise in Automation Anywhere (A360), Power Automate, or other automation tools, and you thrive on solving complex technical challenges, we want to hear from you!
Pay Rate: $70-80/hr W2
Responsibilities:
As a Lead RPA Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions to optimize business processes for our clients. You will lead a team of RPA developers, collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and drive the successful implementation of automation projects.

- Collaborate with clients to identify automation opportunities and develop tailored RPA solutions. Obsess about growth by focusing on impactful automation that accelerates client success.
- Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots using industry-leading tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere (A360), Power Automate, Blue Prism, UiPath). Always find a better way by exploring and embracing innovative solutions.
- Perform end-to-end testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of RPA solutions to ensure quality standards are upheld. Achieve exceptional results by delivering reliable and efficient automation.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to enhance team capabilities. Relentlessly focus on talent by empowering and developing team members.
- Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Always find a better way by being curious and agile.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively to deliver successful automation projects. Achieve exceptional results by planning for the unexpected and overcoming barriers.
- Document RPA solutions, processes, and user guides for clients. Move with integrity by ensuring transparency and clarity in documentation.
Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience as an RPA developer, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong expertise in RPA tools and technologies (e.g., Automation Anywhere (A360), Power Automate), RPA certifications.
- Experience with RESTful services, API Gateways, and Postman.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
- Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
- Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of Large Language models and Generative AI solutions
