Position Overview / Responsibilities
- Create and deliver design solutions across web, mobile, email, and social media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
- Design intuitive user interfaces for websites, investor portals, and dashboards, applying UX best practices to improve user experience
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and gather stakeholder feedback
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and technology teams to produce assets for integrated campaigns, including display ads and social graphics
- Use tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch to produce high-quality, production-ready assets
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and the ability to translate brand guidelines into effective digital solutions
- Experience in UI/UX design with a solid understanding of user-centered design principles
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools to effectively communicate design ideas
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Creative thinking and adaptability to stay current with evolving design trends and digital technologies
