Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a SharePoint Admin in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:
* IT teams and users with SharePoint Online, Teams, and Microsoft 365 technologies
* SharePoint Admin will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system problems
* Manage migrations to Microsoft 365, including data and content transitions
* Deliver user training and best-practice guidance for Microsoft 365 services
* Perform routine operations, monitor service health, and ensure sustainable growth
* Create technical documentation, guidelines, and business requirement documents
* Develop and integrate technical components for complete business solutions
* Assess requirements and validate technical solutions for feasibility
* As a SharePoint Admin, you will conduct user testing and ensure functionality before deployment
* Follow IT Service Management processes for incidents, requests, and configuration changes
* Maintain internal and user documentation

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with data/content migrations into Microsoft 365 from legacy systems
* Hands-on experience in solution design, integration, and operational feasibility evaluation
* Expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and related M365 technologies
* Strong knowledge of IT Service Management processes (incidents, requests, changes)
* Proficient in monitoring service health, performance, and usage analytics
* Skilled in technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
* Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
* Capable of developing technical documentation, guidelines, and business requirement documents
* Skilled in user acceptance testing and ensuring functionality before deployment
* Strong planning and operational skills for sustainable service growth
* Ability to train users and provide best-practice guidance for M365 services

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
