Job Details
Join our team as a Microsoft Exchange Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting and maintaining our email infrastructure. This is a hybrid position offering a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and learning.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for Microsoft Exchange and Outlook, ensuring seamless email operations.
- Resolve user issues related to email configuration, connectivity, and performance efficiently.
- Assist in email setup, migration, and synchronization to enhance user experience.
- Diagnose and address email delivery, spam filtering, and mailbox management challenges.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure optimal integration and functionality of Exchange services.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for Exchange and Outlook support procedures.
- Monitor and manage the health and performance of Exchange servers proactively.
- Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to prevent potential issues.
- Keep abreast of the latest Exchange and Outlook updates and best practices.
- Handle tickets in Remedy while adhering to service level agreements.
Skills
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange and Outlook issues effectively.
- Strong understanding of desktop environments and email client configurations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills for assisting users and explaining technical concepts clearly.
Preferred Skills
- Relevant certifications like Microsoft Certified: Exchange Server or Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator.
- Experience in managing Office 365 environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus.
