Job Description:
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Design and implement software solutions using .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and related frameworks.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies and trends.
- Need to have experience working on both cloud platforms Azure & AWS.
Project Management:
- Participate in the planning and execution of software development projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and scope.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Strategic Planning:
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in software development processes.
- Advocate for best practices and technologies within the organization.
Other Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Participate in requirements analysis.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as QA and operations, to ensure smooth software deployment and maintenance.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues.
- Ensure the responsiveness and optimization of applications.
